\nEl pr\u00f3ximo viernes 15 de febrero de 2019 se llevar\u00e1 a cabo un servicio conmemorativo y una celebraci\u00f3n de la vida en honor al miembro del equipo de b\u00fasqueda y rescate Jeff Dye. La ceremonia se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en la iglesia Calvary Community Church en Westlake Village a las 11:00 a. m. y estar\u00e1 abierta al p\u00fablico. A Jeff Dye le sobrevive su esposa, Sandra Dye, de Thousand Oaks.<\/p>\n
Dye muri\u00f3 el s\u00e1bado pasado cuando fue atropellado por un veh\u00edculo mientras \u00e9l y sus compa\u00f1eros de equipo se deten\u00edan para rescatar al conductor de otro veh\u00edculo que se hab\u00eda volcado en Grapevine cerca de Lake Pyramid. Mientras el equipo trataba al conductor por heridas graves, otro veh\u00edculo que viajaba en direcci\u00f3n norte perdi\u00f3 el control y arroll\u00f3 el lugar, matando a Dye y hiriendo a varias personas m\u00e1s, incluidos otros tres miembros del equipo SAR de Dye y dos param\u00e9dicos del Departamento de Bomberos del Condado de Los \u00c1ngeles.<\/p>\n
El equipo hab\u00eda estado viajando hacia el norte, hacia el Monte Pinos, para realizar un entrenamiento invernal en condiciones de nieve.<\/p>\n
